حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
لَيْسَ لِلْمُخْتَلِعَةِ وَلَا لِلْمُطَلَّقَةِ [١]ثَلَاثًا سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةٌ
