حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ الْمُحَارِبِيِّ قَالَ: كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ:
مَهْمَا أَقَلْتَ السُّفَهَاءَ مِنْ أَيْمَانِهِمْ فَلَا تُقِلْهُمُ [١]الْعَتَاقَ وَالطَّلَاقَ
