حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ وَحُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ: سَمِعْنَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ:
سَأَلْتُ عُمَرَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَحْرَيْنِ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَةً أَوْ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ فَتَزَوَّجَتْ، ثُمَّ إِنَّ زَوْجَهَا طَلَّقَهَا ثُمَّ إِنَّ الْأَوَّلَ تَزَوَّجَهَا، عَلَى كَمْ هِيَ عِنْدَهُ ؟ قَالَ: هِيَ عَلَى مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الطَّلَاقِ
