حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ عَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي رَجُلٍ قِيلَ لَهُ: طَلَّقْتَ امْرَأَتَكَ ؟ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ طَلَّقَهَا فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ، فَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ: فَقَدْ طُلِّقَتْ
