حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ وَعَنْ عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَا:
إِذَا أُعْتِقَتْ فَخُيِّرَتْ فَاخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا فَهِيَ فُرْقَةٌ بِغَيْرِ طَلَاقٍ
