حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
لَيْسَ فِي الظِّهَارِ وَقْتٌ إِلَّا أَنْ يَقُولَ: إِنْ قَرَبْتُكِ، فَإِنْ قَالَ فَتَرَكَهَا أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ بَانَتْ مِنْهُ بِالْإِيلَاءِ
