حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ قَالَ: حُدِّثْنَا عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَسْلَمَ الزَّوْجُ بَعْدَ امْرَأَتِهِ خَيَّرَهَا مَا دَامَتْ فِي الْعِدَّةِ، أَوْ قَالَ: هُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا مَا دَامَتْ فِي الْعِدَّةِ
