حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَطَاوُسٍ وَمُجَاهِدٍ
فِي نَصْرَانِيٍّ تَكُونُ تَحْتَهُ نَصْرَانِيَّةٌ فَتُسْلِمُ، قَالُوا: إِنْ أَسْلَمَ مَعَهَا فَهِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُسْلِمْ فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا
