حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْعَبْدُ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ فَالطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ السَّيِّدِ، وَإِذَا تَزَوَّجَ بِإِذْنِهِ فَالطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ
