حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْعَبْدُ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ فَالطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ سَيِّدِهِ
