حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ [١]تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً ثُمَّ وَهَبَهَا لِأَهْلِهَا، قَالَ عَطَاءٌ: إِنْ قَبِلُوهَا فَهِيَ تَطْلِيقَةٌ بَائِنَةٌ، وَإِنْ رَدُّوهَا فَلَا شَيْءَ
