حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ ذَرٍّ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ: كُلُّ حِلٍّ عَلَيَّ [فَهُوَ] [١]حَرَامٌ، قَالَ: لَا يُوجِبُ طَلَاقًا وَلَا يُحَرِّمُ حَلَالًا، يُكَفِّرُ يَمِينَهُ
