حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ مُخَوَّلٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:
الْحَرَامُ إِنْ نَوَى طَلَاقًا فَهِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ وَهُوَ أَمْلَكُ بِرَجْعَتِهَا، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَنْوِ طَلَاقًا فَهِيَ يَمِينٌ يُكَفِّرُهَا
