حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ [١]يُخَيِّرُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَتَخْتَارُ زَوْجَهَا، قَالَ: لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ، قُلْتُ: فَإِنِ اخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا ؟ قَالَ: تَطْلِيقَةٌ وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِرَجْعَتِهَا
