حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَجْعَلُ أَمْرَ امْرَأَتِهِ بِيَدِهَا، قَالَ: الْقَضَاءُ مَا قَضَتْ، فَإِنْ تَنَاكَرَا حَلَفَ
