✧ What they said concerning the man who places the matter of his wife in the hand of a man, and he divorces—what they said about it

حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مَعْمَرًا يَذْكُرُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَجْعَلُ طَلَاقَ امْرَأَتِهِ بِيَدِهَا أَوْ بِيَدِ أَخِيهَا أَوْ أَبِيهَا، أَوْ بِيَدِ أَحَدٍ، فَالْقَوْلُ مَا قَالَ، إِنْ طَلَّقَهَا وَاحِدَةً فَوَاحِدَةً، وَإِنْ طَلَّقَهَا [١]ثِنْتَيْنِ فَثِنْتَيْنِ، وَإِنْ طَلَّقَ ثَلَاثًا فَثَلَاثًا
