حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ [١]كَتَبَ بِطَلَاقِ امْرَأَتِهِ ثُمَّ نَدِمَ فَأَمْسَكَ الْكِتَابَ، قَالَ: إِنْ أَمْسَكَ فَلَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ وَإِنْ أَمْضَاهُ فَهُوَ طَلَاقٌ
