حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ قَالَ:
كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَبِي قِلَابَةَ فِي امْرَأَةٍ زَوْجُهَا مَجْنُونٌ لَا يَرْجُونَ أَنْ يَبْرَأَ، يُطَلِّقُ عَنْهُ وَلِيُّهُ ؟ فَكَتَبَ إِلَيَّ: لَا، إِنَّهَا امْرَأَةٌ ابْتَلَاهَا اللهُ بِالْبَلَاءِ فَلْتَصْبِرْ
