حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُ الْمَجْنُونِ إِذَا [أَخَذَ بِهِ] [١]، فَإِذَا صَحَّ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ
