حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَحَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، فَقَدْ بَانَتْ بِوَاحِدَةٍ وَسَقَطَتِ اثْنَتَانِ
