حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ قَالَ: بَانَتْ بِالْأُولَى، وَالْأُخْرَيَانِ لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: مَنْ يَقُولُ هَذَا ؟ قَالَ: عَلِيٌّ وَزَيْدٌ وَغَيْرُهُمَا، يَعْنِي: قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا
