حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْقَاسِمَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ: يَوْمَ أَتَزَوَّجُ فُلَانَةَ فَهِيَ طَالِقٌ، قَالَ: هِيَ طَالِقٌ
