حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ وَوَكِيعٌ قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ:
لَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ نِكَاحٍ
