حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ حَبِيبٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ قَالَ
: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَتِي أَلْفًا، قَالَ: الثَّلَاثُ تُحَرِّمُهَا عَلَيْكَ وَاقْسِمْ سَائِرَهُنَّ بَيْنَ أَهْلِكَ
