حَدَّثَنَا الثَّقَفِيُّ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ وَرَاجَعَ وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ [١]فَقَالَ: طَلَّقَ فِي غَيْرِ عِدَّةٍ وَرَاجَعَ فِي غَيْرِ سُنَّةٍ، لِيُشْهِدْ عَلَى مَا صَنَعَ
