حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَمَكَثَتْ [١]شَهْرًا، ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَةً أُخْرَى، فَإِنَّ عِدَّتَهَا مِنْ أَوَّلِ الطَّلَاقِ مَا لَمْ يُرَاجِعْهَا
