حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ [١]وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ لَمْ تَعْتَدَّ بِتِلْكَ الْحَيْضَةِ
