حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَيْفٌ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَطَلَّقَهَا أَوْ مَاتَ عَنْهَا وَلَهَا ابْنَةٌ، يَحِلُّ لِابْنِ الرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَهَا
