حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا تَبَيَّنَ حَمْلُ سُرِّيَّتِهِ فَلَهُ إِنْكَارُهُ مَا لَمْ يُقِرَّ بِهِ بَعْدَ مَا تَضَعُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ قَدْ أَقَرَّ بِالْحَمْلِ ثُمَّ أَنْكَرَهُ بَعْدَ مَا تَضَعُ، فَلَهُ ذَلِكَ
