حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُجِيزُ إِقْرَارَهُ لَهَا؛ لِأَنَّهَا وَارِثٌ [١]وَلَا تَجُوزُ وَصِيَّةٌ لِوَارِثٍ
