حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
نُهِيَ أَنْ يَطَأَ الرَّجُلُ وَلِيدَةً أَوِ امْرَأَةً وَفِي بَطْنِهَا جَنِينٌ لِغَيْرِهِ
