حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ:
لَهَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ وَلَا مِيرَاثَ لَهَا، وَلَا عِدَّةَ عَلَيْهَا
