حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَوَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
لَا يَسَعُهَا أَنْ تُقَارَّهُ حَتَّى تُرَافِعَهُ إِلَى السُّلْطَانِ، فَإِمَّا حَدٌّ وَإِمَّا مُلَاعَنَةٌ
