حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ:
يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَيُجْعَلُ صَدَاقُهَا فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ،
