✧ Regarding the woman who joins the land of polytheism; is she to observe waiting period

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ
فِي قَوْلِهِ: ﴿وَلا تُمْسِكُوا بِعِصَمِ الْكَوَافِرِ ﴾قَالَ: إِذَا لَحِقَتِ امْرَأَةُ الْمُسْلِمِ بِالْمُشْرِكِينَ لَمْ يَعْتَدَّ بِهَا مِنْ نِسَائِهِ
