حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ وَعَطَاءٍ
فِي الَّذِي يُفَوَّضُ إِلَيْهِ فَيَمُوتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَفْرِضَ قَالَا: لَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ وَلَيْسَ لَهَا صَدَاقٌ
