حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَخِلَاسٍ قَالُوا:
إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْبِكْرَ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ أَقَامَ عِنْدَهَا ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ يَقْسِمُ، وَإِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الثَّيِّبَ أَقَامَ عِنْدَهَا لَيْلَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ يَقْسِمُ
