حَدَّثَنَا بَكَّارُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ
أَنَّ مَوْلَاةً لِبَنِي حَارِثَةَ جُلِدَتْ حَدَّ الزِّنَى فَأَرَادَ رَجُلٌ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَهَا، فَاسْتَشَارَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ فَقَالَ: لَا، إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ عَمِلْتَ مِثْلَ عَمَلِهَا
