✧ Regarding a Man Who Has a Slave Girl in Marriage and Divorces Her Irrevocably, and She Returns to Her Master Who Has Intercourse with Her: Must the Husband

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ وَالزُّبَيْرَ بْنَ الْعَوَّامِ،
كَانَا لَا يَرَيَانِ بَأْسًا إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ أَمَةٌ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ غَشِيَهَا سَيِّدُهَا غِشْيَانًا لَا يُرِيدُ بِذَلِكَ مُخَادَعَةً وَلَا إِحْلَالًا أَنْ تَرْجِعَ إِلَى زَوْجِهَا بِخِطْبَةٍ
