حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ حَمَّادًا عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَحْتَهُ أَمَةٌ فَطَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ يَغْشَاهَا سَيِّدُهَا، هَلْ تَرْجِعُ إِلَى زَوْجِهَا ؟ فَكَرِهَ ذَلِكَ
