حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ وَعُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ
قَالَا فِي امْرَأَةِ الْمَفْقُودِ: تَرَبَّصُ أَرْبَعَ سِنِينَ وَتَعْتَدُّ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا
