حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى جَارِيَةً بَيْنَ أَبَوَيْهَا عَذْرَاءَ قَالَ: يَسْتَبْرِئُهَا بِحَيْضَتَيْنِ، وَإِنْ لَا تَحِيضُ فَبِخَمْسَةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا
