حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا خَطَبَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ فَزَوَّجَهُ فَأَنْكَرَ عَلَيْهِ الْآخَرُ فَحَقُّهَا ثَابِتٌ: عَلَى هَذَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ
