حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ عَنْ حَرْبِ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ:
لَهَا الْخِيَارُ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ تَحْتَ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
