سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ تَرِثُ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا سَهْمًا قَالَا: حَرُمَتْ عَلَيْهِ، وَإِنْ [١]تَزَوَّجَهَا فَإِنَّهَا عِنْدَهُ عَلَى ثَلَاثِ تَطْلِيقَاتٍ
