حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَرَى [امْرَأَتَهُ تَزْنِي] [١]قَالَ: لَا يُحَرِّمُهَا ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ
