حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَطَأُ أَمَتَهُ وَقَدْ زَنَتْ قَالَ: هُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِنْ شَاءَ وَطِئَهَا، وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ
