حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ [بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ] عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي لُبَابَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ
كَانَ لَا يَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يَطَأَ الرَّجُلُ أَمَتَهُ [٢]إِذَا فَجَرَتْ، وَيَرَى أَنَّ ذَلِكَ تَحْصِينٌ لَهَا
