حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ تَحْتَهُ الْأَمَةُ لِزِنْيَةٍ قَالَ: هِيَ كَعَرَضِ مَالِهِ يَتَّطِئُهَا [١]
