حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ خَالِدٍ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَدَخَلَ بِهَا ثُمَّ وَجَدَ بِهَا عَيْبًا، فَكَتَبَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فِي ذَلِكَ، فَكَتَبَ [١]: أَنَّهُ قَدِ اتَّمَنَهُمْ [٢]عَلَى مَا هُوَ أَعْظَمُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَأَجَازَهَا عَلَيْهِ
